2. 通过电话等其他手段及时解答客户遇到的问题,对设备定期进行维护和保养,努力提高客户满意度。
3. 不断提高个人工作能力,定期学习最新技术更新相关课程。
4. 适应短时间出差要求。
5. 根据相关技术手册对设备进行规范化维修及保养,确保设备处于最佳工作状态。
6. 对客户进行售后相关操作技术培训。
能力要求
1. 医学影像,生物医学,医疗器械,核工程与技术等相关专业
2. 熟练掌握英语读写的能力。
3. 极强的团队工作及沟通能力水平,有较强的工作责任感和事业心,工作认真仔细。
4. 能满足不定时工作制要求,具有一定的抗压能力。
5. 熟悉电子电路等相关硬件设计与调试,
6. 熟悉Windows, Linux, WinCe等相关系统指令操作。

任职资格
1) Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or electrical.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责
1) Execute and monitor effectiveness of product marketing strategies and marketing programs in assigned Region.

2) Develop and re-enforce product positioning and differentiation in each marketplace. Execute and monitor penetration and competitive strategies and communicate product issues on regional level.

3) Work closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, Surgeons and hospital management to define clinical and treatment needs and match those with our current product offerings or translate those requirements for product development.

COMPETENCIES 任职要求
1) Bachelor’s degree or above, Marketing or Business Related major preferred.

3) Minimum 5 years solid experience in the medical device field (preferable in radiation therapy/oncology)
